Here we are again at beautiful Cabo San Lucas…. The sail into Cabo this morning was beautiful, as it always is…. We made the decision yesterday that we would remain onboard today and enjoy the beautiful weather in the Retreat…. too many ships visiting, too many people, too many antivaxxers and anti-maskers coupled with an increasing COVID threat. We will be very cautious (as usual) these last two weeks, if we can’t pass our weekly COVID tests, we won’t be joining the Zuiderdam on January 2nd. When we planned this trip initially, we booked a private Cabana just for this reason, reduce the risk of infection. Despite being vaccinated and having our booster shots, we realize that we are still susceptible to catching the virus so we choose the cautious path. It was an absolutely beautiful day so I quite enjoyed it. Loving every day here on the Koningsdam!
