Rotterdam 2024, Kralendijk, Bonaire...

No sail in photos today... Wanted a little extra sleep.  Left the ship at 8 am and started my trek towards the Salt Ponds in search of flamingos. I walked along the waterfront promenade taking in the sites. Once I reached the Goto Meer Salt Ponds there were no flamingos to be found so I walked a distance beyond the ponds going into the Eden Beach Resort for a look around before proceeding on... I continued past the Eden Beach Resort; some nice murals caught my eye.  On my return to Kralendijk, I took the main road to the downtown area. I returned to the ship after accomplishing my goal of getting in more than 5 miles of walking and taking in the lovely scenery. I took some photos from the ship and spent the remainder of the day relaxing in the sun. Another beautiful day in the Netherlands Antilles.
