Oranjestad, Aruba...

Today, when I woke up, I turned on the Bow Camera to see what the weather looked like and all I saw was rain…  I went to my weather App, and it said that rain would stop at approximately 8:00 am…  I waited for the rain to stop and as advertised, at just before 8:00, the rain stopped, and the sun popped out!  It wasn’t much of an issue, hurrying wasn’t in order, we are in port till 11pm. Once off the ship, I followed my regular route through downtown along the waterfront walkway looking for iguanas and other creatures…very few iguanas this morning compared with previous visits.  Must have still been seeking shelter from the pouring rains. My favorite Tommy Bahama store was not open yet, so I got a reprieve on adding to my collection. I did take the opportunity, while ashore to update my IOS operating system on both my iPhones, never pass up great Wi-Fi…  Returning to the ship, I spent the remainder of the afternoon in the Retreat, dodging the odd shower.  It was a very nice day….
