Well, on December 20th, our Amazon Explorer
Voyage came to an end… Had to say
goodbye to Allan & Sandra as they were moving onto the Eurodam before
joining the World Voyage. Also had to
say goodbye to new friends Gary, Kevin, Liz and Lisa… so nice to make new friends. Now we are on the Volendam Holiday Voyage and
the Scott sisters have rejoined the ship and we are ready for our first port of
call. It was a beautiful morning sailing
into Cruz Bay, St John, USVI… We planned
on an easy day today. We got off the
ship first thing and walked around Cruz Bay for a while before stopping for
refreshments and some WiFi. We then
continued exploring Cruz Bay, doing some shopping and getting in a nice
walk. Once we returned to the ship, it
was poolside for a nice relaxing day in the sun…. Loving every day!!!!

ReplyDeleteI’m jealous! Nearby secluded Trunk Bay is one of my favorite spots on the planet. I love the secluded small white-sandy beach, the coral reef for snorkeling, the little coral island just above, and the steep mountains in the distance on relatively larger islands. Four levels of beauty in on spot!
