Back in San Diego again for the end of one cruise and the beginning of another… This morning, the weather wasn't very inviting, very chilly and foggy conditions... Last night, we enjoyed trying a new product that Holland America Line is offering in the Photo Shop, Iris photography… Talk about awesome! I included our photos, mine along with the Ann/Cathy combo. Cathy was the overwhelming favorite with her eyes looking like Kilauea erupting. What a great product!!! Great job HAL! The photos are at the end of the blog. We were sad to see our friend Barbara depart but she’ll be back in January. The Scott sisters went out shopping while our friend Judy while I elected to stay onboard. I spent the day catching some sunshine in some fairly cool temps! Cruising out of San Diego, California, offers an unforgettable experience set against a backdrop of stunning coastal scenery and vibrant city life. The port, nestled between the picturesque waterfront and the towering skyline, serves as a gateway to various enchanting destinations such as Mexico's Baja Peninsula and the captivating islands of the Pacific. As the sun sets, the skyline becomes more and more beautiful as the ships glides away, off to our next destination. I enjoyed the sail away which was soon followed by the tree lighting ceremony. Christmas in alive and well on our beautiful Koningsdam…
