Volendam 2026, Montreal, Quebec, Canada...

Sleeping has been a problem lately, but the good news is that I can be out on the forward decks in the wee hours of the morning as we sail into ports with early arrivals…  Always love sailing into Montreal, beauty everywhere you look.  Sailing into Montreal in the early morning hours is an especially beautiful experience, with the city glowing brightly against the dark sky and reflecting across the water... Taking a walkabout through Montreal was a wonderful way to experience the city at my own pace. I enjoyed wandering through the historic streets, admiring the beautiful architecture, and taking in the lively atmosphere all around me. Every turn seemed to offer something new, making the walk a memorable part of my visit.  After getting in about 7 miles, I returned to the ship to await the arrival of my wonderful friends, Ann & Cathy Scott who were joining the ship today.  It was great to see them, once again!  We will be exploring the world together as we have been doing for the last 12 years…
