This morning, after getting up, I looked outside and Ushuaia was looking spectacular! The early morning reflections caught my eye and I decided to venture off the ship to take some photos. It was a bit chilly and cloudy today with temperatures in the high 40s. I took a left turn from the pier and followed the waterfront again to see the sunken ship and street art. The reflections and wildlife along the way were spectacular. I decided to go out to the airport, as I did on a previous visit and catch the amazing sights along the way. It was a nice walkabout taking in the local scenery and the weather was much better than predicted…no rain… yet! It turned out to be a great day, a five mile + walk and some lovely scenery… I was going to go out and take photos as we sailed away but my aversion to standing in the rain got in the way.. Tonight, we are having dinner in the Morimoto by Sea restaurant with some of our Holland America family; Vasil the Assistant Hotel General Manager, Cynthia, the Guest Services Manager and Michiel, the Executive Housekeeper. Should be great fun!
