Grand South America & Antarctica Voyage, Captain's Dinner & Zaandam Ball

We were invited to dine with the captain for the formal night last night... We had a wonderful dinner with Captain Ane Smit, Chief Engineer, Arie Beukelman, Hotel General Manager, Florin Dragomir and great friends, Ann & Cathy Scott, Diane Charlebois and Gloria Cross…  Simply perfection! This evening was one of the most relaxed down to earth dinners I have ever been to; it was like sitting down with old friends. After dinner we attended the Captains Gala Ball…the decorations were lovely, the entertainment was excellent and there was a wonderful turnout by the crew and passengers. An evening enjoyed by all!
