I was up early for the sail into Cabo San Lucas, always a lovely view of the coastline…. It was a treat to see hundreds of dolphins escorting us into port. We were the last of three ships to anchor in the San Lucas Bay just off Cabo San Lucas. It was almost noon before the ship was cleared so at the last minute, we decided to scrap our plans to go ashore with three ships in port including the Koningsdam. The weather was stellar, so we spent an enjoyable afternoon relaxing in the Retreat. Last night at dinner we were reunited with Komang the dining room Maitre d and Tomo our waiter from the 2015 World Cruise…we were all excited seeing him and pleased that he will be our waiter for this cruise. Since the 2015 World Cruise Tomo has been married to his lovely wife Indra and has a 3-year-old son. We spent the evening enjoying the comedy of Dave Burleigh with Marc Yaffe another great comedian we met on the Koningsdam. Loving our time in the Zuiderdam…
Thank you for allowing us to follow you on this trip😁 My husband and I will be on the Z-Dam April 13th and we are so excited ❤️

ReplyDeleteGlad to see you are back on the Z-Dam. Thought of you this morning when I read an article in the WSJ about someone who got Covid on a cruise although he was fully vaccinated. He swears he would do it again, his rationale being "It's a delightful way to travel, and you can still get sick at home.
ReplyDeleteThe dolphins were really putting on a show.....WOW!
