We arrived in St. Maarten early with the MS Koningsdam
and two other ships...a busy day in Philipsburg with four ships in port. Yesterday,
I purchased a new camera from the on-board photo shop, a Nikon A900, so today
was a trial run. St. Maarten is still visibly is recovering from Hurricane
Irma in 2017. Ann, Cathy and I walked to town, toured the town, sat at
the beach for a drink and Wi-Fi and did some shopping. I was able to get some replacement mugs
and my favorite brand of tank tops. We had a great day in town and returned to
the ship for relaxation by the pool. Another day in paradise!

ReplyDeleteInteresting that you are going to a smaller camera. But, the A900 has something like a 24 to 840 range. Does this model allow you to crop the snapped photo?
Comment. Suggest that you put a date on each of your posted photo narratives.
Are there others aboard that are up to walking your port call routes?
