Today was our second stop in the Dominican Republic and was a tender stop…. The sail in was nice, miles of pretty shoreline. I decided to go ashore on the first tender and check the place out. There wasn’t much there of interest to me, a few shops and a couple of eating establishments. It was nowhere near as nice as yesterday… It is pretty much a drop-off where you have to take a tour, taxi or some means to go somewhere else of interest….. That just wasn’t in my game plan for today. I strolled around a bit, snapped a few photos and was reclining in a lounge chair in the retreat before you knew it….. Had a very hot, sunny and relaxing day.
