I can't imagine how this internet system will ever be fixed.....
This internet is beyond horrible. I cannot for the life of me figure out why HAL changed, unless to make more money of course. I forget sometimes that the worse the system performs (the longer it takes to accomplish something) the more money they make. I am really disappointed in HAL on the abysmal mess

So sorry about the internet. I know pax have always complained about the slowness of the old internet system. I think HAL made the decision in good faith to improve it. Obviously this is not happening! It is seriously too bad this was scheduled for the WC.

that's a darn shame.. hard to believe they would take a chance with that new system on a World Cruise... always said that about the satellite internet at sea.. the slower it is the more minutes one uses ca-ching ca-ching $$$$$$.. unfortunately we'll be checking it out on the Maasdam in a few weeks.. and I always complained about MTN being super-slow.. thought things could never get worse.. looks like they really don't want to get better..arggghhhhh Good luck with it
