2025_25 Oosterdam, Punta Arenas, Chile...

It was time to return to the ship today. I started the day at 4.30 am to watch the Oosterdam sail into Punta Arenas. We had a quick breakfast at the hotel before our Guide Maritza drove us to the cruise terminal. At the terminal we were met by the staff to assist with getting our luggage onboard. Once onboard, before getting settled, I went out and snapped a few photos of Punta Arenas from the ship.  I spent the rest of the day unpacking, organizing and recharging for our next port Ushuaia (also a bit of a nap). It is always nice to be home even though we had a wonderful time on our Torres del Paine overland. After dinner, I went back out to take photos as we sailed away…  Tomorrow, Ushuaia, Argentina!
