Continuing on with my first day in Hong Kong, John & I visited Lantau Island which is part of Hong Kong in the afternoon. Our purpose was to visit the Tai O fishing village which is reportedly the oldest fishing village in Hong Kong. It takes a while to get there by subway and bus but it worth the time. The place certainly looks like it’s the oldest fishing village. They seem to specialize in dried fish, they sell it everywhere…. We just loved visiting here. I must love it… I have been here a number of times.
