Today was another glorious day at sea…. I spent the day visiting with friends and taking a bit of sunshine. As you can imagine, there is a constant buzz on the ship about the terrible accident with the Costa Concordia. I also continued my daily workouts to keep me from gaining a lot of weight on this voyage… Tonight we had two guests at our table, Renee the Spa Manager and Char the Future Cruise Consultant. It was a lovely dinner. Tomorrow we will be in port again. This time we will be visiting Recife Brazil. Ed, Becky, Mike, Janet & I plan on visiting the city of Olinda and Old Receife. It promises to be another fabulous day.

ReplyDeleteGlad your cruise is going so well. Crash of Costa also upset us. I can't see any of HAL captains leaving the ship ahead of endangered passengers. However, one never knows what one will do in a crisis. I have much faith in HAL crew and Captains.
