Day 33 Nha Trang, Vietnam (part 2 of 2)

From part 1:  It’s always nice to return to Nha Trang….  The sail into Nha Trang is great, so much to see, boats, fishing villages and people fishing…  Despite having been here a number of times, I was excited about touring this city once again.  Brad & I left the ship first this a hooked up with a taxi.  First we headed out toward the Po Nagar Cham Towers….  Aside from the Cham towers themselves, this is a great place to capture photos of people, boats and housing along the water…  Great first stop!  Next we went to the Cho Dam Central Market.  This place is huge, virtually everything you can imagine is being sold here….  Interesting people along the way.  Our final stop was at the Long Son Pagoda.  Here there is a spectacular white reclining white Buddha on the way to the top where the big Buddha sits…  After returning to the ship it was time to hit the pool and finish off a lovely day.  This is the second part of a two part posting…

  1. Hi Jeff,
Amazing photos from Hong Kong and wonderful markets and people of Vietnam.
So glad your knee is holding up with all your hiking.
Our leaves are beginning to peak with glorious colors and temps are dropping!

  2. Jeff....
Great people photos. Amazing to think I was a "Ground-Pounder" in a stupid war over there in '68. What an absolute waste! 55,000 dead American military killed in View Nam.... for-what?
Anything new aboard? Getting in much gym time? Enjoy your adventure.
