Well, today we make our final visit to beautiful Cabo San Lucas… What a beautiful sunny day! It was nice to see the Nieuw Amsterdam at anchor nearby… I’m still staying onboard and I am planning on staying onboard until I return home in May. I sure can relate to sciatica pain. Happened to me the final 8 days on our 35 day Koningsdam cruise. It has taken me 6 weeks to find relief. I started doing some recommended stretches and exercises and they have provided me relief. This pain is like no other and really dragged me down. I can finally say it feels wonderful to feel GOOD again. Wishing you the same recovery.
ReplyDeleteMy friend, who is 6 years older than myself (I am 68), has scoliosis and walks with a walker. Although I personally cannot relate to this pain, my friend, whose name is also Linda, can totally relate!
