We had a wonderful day at sea today with temperatures that are cooling quite a bit from what has been our norm…. Nice all the same! Tonight was a fun evening. We started it off with a special Mariner Appreciation Day Cocktail Party hosted by Stein Kruse, CEO, Holland America Group, his wife Linda and Orlando Ashford, President, Holland America Line. It was nice to see Stein & Linda again and to get to know the new President, Orlando Ashford a little. He seems to be a wonderful man with a great sense of humor. Really made a great first impression! The party was followed by a Gala Dinner which was wonderful….. I think everyone had a great evening!
