Day 139 Waitangi, Bay of Islands, New Zealand

Today was a fairly relaxed and informative day…  Brad, Cathy , Ann & I headed ashore early this morning, walked straight through town toward the Waitangi Treaty House.  I have been here several times but have never visited the Treaty house, a significant historic site for New Zealand.  This is the site in 1840 where the leading Maori Chiefs signed over sovereignty of their lands to Britain.  The film and site itself was pretty educational.  As was the case the last couple of days, we were surrounded by scenic beauty and plenty of flowers, once again.  We had a wonderful day!
