Had another tremendous day today. I went ashore with John & Brad around 0700 this morning and we hooked up a taxi driver, Azman, for the day. Our first stop was the stilted villages we passed while sailing in. We had Azman take us to where we could hire a boat to take us out to Palau Gaya, the village on stilts. The close up view was wonderful. It was so much better than the long distance view we got from the ship, It was a great start to the day. This posts covers out sail into Kota Kinabula and our trip to Palau Gaya…. There will be one or two posts to cover what was a very full day, up next…. Markets!
