Day 92 Half Moon Cay, Bahamas

We arrived right on time this morning at our anchorage in Half Moon Cay….  I really love this stop because it makes for a wonderful day at the beach.  It would be a bit busy because the Eurodam, a much larger ship, would be sharing the port with us.  Anyway, I was off on the first tender ashore.  I went down the beach a ways an parked my stuff in a chair in front of the Captain Morgan’s bar.  Shortly after I arrived, I ran into John and we went on a walk to tour the island.  We walked down to the stables first where we saw a horseback riding tour getting underway.  Got a nice snapshot of Brooke & Jennifer with their nice attractive helmets…..  Then John & I walked some trails here and there, kind of a nature walk.  We weren’t quite sure what to do when we came to the fork in the road so we took it……   It was a nice walk and when we returned it was time for some serious beach time.  Despite being extremely dark & overcast early in the morning it turned out to be a magnificent day.  The water is so beautiful and crystal clear.  Once back to the ship later in the afternoon there was still time for an hour or two of sunshine….  What a wonderful day!!!!!  Tomorrow we dock in Ft Lauderdale and take on a bunch of new guests….  My friends Corrine & Vickie will be joining tomorrow.  I don’t know but there could be some other World Cruisers getting on early for the World Voyage.  Hope the weather in Ft Lauderdale is good.

I saw Baaaaaarbara last week for a bit. She's prepping for everyone coming over for the holidays. We're holding down the fort while you traipse the world having fun and sun. Come home safe and look us up when you get back dear friend!
