We headed out before dark this morning heading for the Ganges and the morning ceremonies. We, once again, walked through town a ways checking out all the sights on the way to the river. We boarded a boat and cruised (rowed) up and down the river watching people bath and perform morning rituals. We also saw the cremation sites along the river. Once we were finished, we walked through the old city. Then it was back to the hotel to prepare for the next leg of the adventure…. Udaipur, India! The trip to Varanasi was simply magnificent!!!!
