Day 110 Roseau, Dominica (Part 1 of 2)

Sail in this morning was pretty overcast….  Fortunately, the day turned out very nice. Ian, Carole & I got off and hooked up with a wonderful taxi driver, Lennox (naturaldominican@yahoo.com) and headed out to explore the island for a few hours….  Our principal destination at first was the Emerald Pools.  The scenic drive was wonderful.  Dominica is a beautiful, lush island, always nice to visit.  The Emerald Pools was very nice, the hike through the forest was great!  After visiting the pool and waterfalls we drove around the island, visiting a few scenic viewpoints.  We headed back to Roseau and did a quick visit to the Botanical gardens before arriving back at the port.  The day was lovely and the sail away from Roseau very scenic…  Here is part 1!!!
