We had another fantastic day at sea. We had a very special event in the morning “Dunking for $$$”. Many of the crew members, including the Cruise Director, Hotel Manager and yes, even the Captain volunteered to get on a dunking stool for charity. The guests put up their money and took shot at dunking these fabulous volunteers. It was for a very good cause, raising funds for the Balika Niwasa Orphanage in Colombo Sri Lanka. It was a great event which raised a fair amount of money. Good job! The rest of the day was spent relaxing poolside with friends and taking in a great sunset before dinner….

great to see the crew participate in this worthy cause. say hello to kim for me and the rext of the amsterdam crew. I'll see them all in sept 2013 for the grand 75 day far east and south pacific cruise. Will be glad to see the familiar faces of the best ship in the fleet
