Well, as this voyage draws to a close I finally had a day with a bit of sunshine…. I have become very pale, a color that I am unacustome to having. It was a lovely day poolside catching a few needed rays of sunshine. Tonight we had our last formal night. The entire restaurant staff has been exceptional. Special thanks to Eka, our assistand Matre’d, our head waiter Aru and his assistant Bhery…. Well done. This under the leadership of our exceptional Restaurant Manager, Himanshu Dogra. It was a very nice evening and the food exceptional…..

Day 33 St. John's, Newfoundland
Today was a day with constantly changing weather….. The sun came out and then the fog & drizzle and then the sun and back and forth. We decided to go up to Signal Hill and were very fortunate to have a good spell of reasonable weather while we were up there and for the hike back to town. It was just a relaxing day ashore….

Day 32 St. John's, Newfoundland
Today was another relaxing day at sea…. Around 3:30 I went to the forward deck to watch our sail into the port of St. John’s Newfoundland. It really is a lovely sail in with the Cabot tower up on Signal hill on the right and the lighthouse on the left. We pass through a very narrow channel to get into the harbor. About 5:00 we were cleared to go ashore and we went and walked the city for about 2 ½ hours before returning to the ship. I then dumped my photos and we headed out again…. Nice day!!!!
