Another great day at sea and wonderful evening with friends….. Am really disappointed with the Medical Facility, got my bill and the diagnosis was “Low back pain”, absolutely no reference to or indication of an injury sustained by a fall onboard…… Seems like they are trying to ignore the facts. If I just had low back pain I would have never gone to the Doctor. It was the injury that doesn’t appear to be healing that concerned me…… Very disappointed with Holland America Line~!

sorry to hear about what HAL did to you.. nothing surprises me these days with the new HAL's way of doing bizness and cutting costs the way they have.. I'm sure you'll get it straightened out before you get to the point of doing a 'Dear Holland America' letter or making the phone ring .. but it shouldn't have happened in the first place especially with your super-high status among the top Mariners.. over the past 2 years we've seen HAL cutting back especially toward high Mariners..we were told back then it was going to happen and it did.. a shame they are ruining a great cruise-line.. looks like the good ol' days of HAL are over with big ships and cuts in services.. good luck on getting it straightened out
