Today was another spectacular day…. I think this is one of the best crossings yet. It was a nice day poolside visiting with friends. The late afternoon was dedicated to packing and the evening was a bit sad. It is hard to say goodbye to people who you have lived and played with every day for 4 months. There are many crew members that I will miss a great deal. I really look forward to next year’s World Voyage…. Tomorrow will be a long day traveling home.

Day 143 At Sea
So, what’s going on here???? We are crossing the Atlantic and the seas are totally calm and the weather hot and sunny…. Simply amazing!!!! Today, as you probably guessed, was perfect. I spent the day ignoring the fact that I needed to pack and sat in the sun. It was wonderful….. Tonight, we had our last formal night and the Black & Gold Masquerade Ball…. It was a lot of fun mixed with a little sadness as we realized we will be saying goodbye to friends very soon… I met some really wonderful people on this voyage and they will be missed. Great evening!!!

Day 141 At Sea
Today was magnificent… It just doesn’t get any better than this on a crossing of the Atlantic. We had smooth seas, a light breeze and sunny, sunny weather. Just magnificent! Tonight we had a great dinner followed by the “Desert Extravaganza”. The chefs did a wonderful job preparing all the deserts and the presentation was marvelous. It was a fun event…..

Day 140 At Sea
Today was a pretty dreary day weather wise…. It was a good day fro reading and packing. This evening we had a fabulous dinner followed by a pajama party. Me in pajamas? I don’t think so…. I did try out one of the beds for a quick rest. It was a fun party. Hopefully tomorrow will bring a little sun our way….
