Koningsdam adventure, San Diego, California...

Today was a day of relaxation for me while the ladies went out shopping... Enjoyed lazing about in the sun.  Cruising out of the port of San Diego, once again, continues to offer breathtaking views of the shimmering Pacific Ocean, framed by the stunning skyline and the breathtaking sunset. As the ship glides past picturesque coastal landmarks, the fresh sea breeze and vibrant colors create a memorable start to any voyage. As the sun sets, the skyline becomes more and more beautiful as the ship glides away, off to our next destination…  Mexico! We are also very excited to have our friend Barb back onboard for the next few weeks…

Koningsdam adventure, Mazatlán, Mexico...

It was a beautiful day in Mazatlán…We stuck to our plan and stayed on the ship enjoying the weather and the excellent staff onboard the Koningsdam. In the Holland America tradition, we had a wonderful New Years Eve diner followed by the New Years Eve Celebrations in the Lido Pool area. It was quite the party, set a personal record and didn’t go to bed until 11ish…  Wishing my family and friends around the world health and happiness for 2025...
