Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, Day 3

Today was another great weather day at fiesta.  Today was a pilot competition to toss a ring on a pole on the balloon field.  The pilots had to launch from off the field and try to make their way back to the field to do the ring toss.  We left the field to find an acceptable launch site but because of a number of factors (accidents, rush hour traffic, etc) we were unable to get to a launch site in a timely manner. We packed up the balloon and look to tomorrow as another day. It was a nice day at fiesta nonetheless.....           

Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, Day 2

Today was another magnificent day at the Fiesta.  The weather was just perfect.  But, first of all I included some photos at the bottom from last night at Jan's....  I particularly liked the one where I was feeding the baby goat....   Anyway, back to the Fiesta.  My friend Brad was given a ride by Eric on his balloon Zephyrus' Kiss... they had a magnificent flight.  So, in summary.....  the first two days have been nothing short of magnificent!!!!
