2017 Grand World Voyage, Day 209, At Sea

Well, the end of this 7 month voyage is quickly drawing to a close….  Fortunately, we have been blessed with sunny weather so far.  It has been nice to relax poolside and enjoy these final days amidst the pain of getting all the packing done.  Last night we had the Mariner’s Appreciation night and our final Ball after dinner.  Lovely evening….  This voyage has had so many amazing moments that it’s hard to put into words.  Our Overland journeys were spectacular.  It will take some time to let it all soak in when I arrive home.  As I go through all the photos (thousands upon thousands) when I create my book it will be nice to relive the adventure once again.  Just a few more days and on the 26th I wing my way home…..  Many more adventures are coming up but my blogging future is up in the air…..

  2. Jeff, we all have enjoyed your blog so much, because, like you we all enjoy traveling. Some of us are lucky to do a lot but some are in different phases of our life that prohibit such ventures except a few weeks here and there. Thus we click you on each day and live vicariously. I know you can never stay in one place as long as your legs take you on the next journey. You enjoy it so much that you want to share it with all of us and we thank you profusely, your joy is infectious. We understand also the amount of energy and time it takes to post and again, thank you. Don't know what I am going to do in the morning while haveing my coffee. You were the start of my day. Safe journey home and let us know your decision. We appreciate and love you.......Beachlady

  7. I must add my selfish hope that you continue your blogging, but also, having done a live report on Cruise Critic myself, I fully understand the effort, even for my 7 day cruise, that it takes to update. You have done it for over 200 days, you are a machine, so sadly I would understand your feeling on cutting back on blogging, but again selfishly I hope you continue.. Safe travels either way and thank you again for all the effort!
