2017 Grand World Voyage, Day 164, Singapore

Sailed into Singapore before sunrise, arriving at the Marina Bay Terminal, not the usual Harbor Front Cruise Ship Terminal...Ann and I headed out planning a short day as we fly to India tomorrow in the early morning hours.  Hopped on the MRT heading to an electronics store we have shopped at in previous years.   All we found was a hole in the ground, the store had been demolished to make way for a new one. We found numerous electronics stores but we were way too early for Singapore, the shops did not open until late morning so we made use of our time to walk to Little India to take photos of the vendors selling spices, clothing and goods, it was a warmup for my upcoming visit to India.  When we returned to the electronics store later, we successfully found the power adapters for India!  We then headed to Singapore River Walk where I took photos of the Merlion, the Marina Bay Sands and other points of interest before heading back to the ship where we were met with long line ups and complete disorganization.....unfortunately my ball cap was a casualty of the security screener but it was a great day nevertheless, I always enjoy visiting Singapore.....on to my next adventure……
