The Deja Vu Circle Hawaii Voyage, Day 80, Nawiliwili, Kauai, Part 3 of 3

Well here I go again, it was such an amazing day I took way too many photos, hang on to your hats!!!  I am pretty biased, but I think they really capture the beauty of this amazing island.  Continuing with the Circle Hawaii Deja Vu theme we booked a repeat flight with Wings over Kauai.  We would like to thank Ellen and Abby for putting our flight together.  To our pilot Marcus, thank you for the extra turns and spotting the humpback whales.  There is no better way to see the absolute beauty of Kauai than aboard an airplane.  Ann, Cathy, Rodica and I had the rare opportunity to fly over the top of Mount Waialeale in clear weather.  Mt. Wailileale is known as the wettest place on earth and is normally shrouded by cloud cover.  Today was simply a stellar weather day….. the conditions so perfect for viewing Mt. Waialeale that Wings Over Kauai is even interested in seeing my photographs since clear weather photos are so rare…...  Words cannot describe the majestic scenery,  much of it only accessible by air.  I certainly hope the pictures tell the tale…what a wonderful world!!  This blog is in three parts, this is part three.

  2. Jeff your photos are spectacular. I have a question, are the sisters; Ann & Cathy; your sisters or just friends who are sisters. You all look as though you are having a great time. We all appreciate the time and expense posting your travels.
