Montmorency Falls, Quebec City, Canada

We began day 2 of our Quebec adventure in Quebec City visiting the Montmorency Falls Park, a natural phenomenon rising up to 292 feet  (98 feet higher than Niagara Falls).  We rode up the mountain by cable car for a spectacular view and photo opportunities of this magnificent display.  From the cable car we walked the paths along the cliffs that lead us to the suspended footbridge crossing over the thundering falls.  As we walked across on the footbridge it gave  us ample time to view and photograph the falls from many angles.  After the footbridge, we continued along the trail, crossing another bridge which led us to the staircase going down from the top.  We walked down the staircase along the cliffs, passing very close to the falls where you could feel the force of the falls along with the spray.  It was great seeing the falls from many different angles, locations and heights….  Just magnificent!!!!

  1. Jeff, magnificent is an understatement, great pictures. I could feel the water spray, but that T-Shirt steals the day. Beachlady
