Day 144 At Sea

It was a bit unpleasant outside today, a little chilly and very cloudy…..  It was a great day for weather like this, we had a special tour of the Galley for members of the President’s Club.  The tour was fabulous and the food we had was some of the best I have ever eaten…..  ever!  Thanks to Henk Mensink, Hotel Director, Paul Kerr, Manager of Culinary Operations and Willy Tubog, the Beverage Manager for such a fabulous day.  Of course, our hats go off to Chefs Daniel and Joseph and their entire team.  What a fantastic tour!

  3. Hi Jeff,
Your photos from Sydney are among the best you've taken there-love the birds-eye views. Thanks for including the Botanical Gardens and sculptures-I need all the positive thoughts of spring I can get.
Love the behind the scenes tour of the culinary department. The ice sculptures are always so amazing as is watching them being done.
So glad the voyage is going well.
