Day 112 San Blas Islands, Panama (Part 1 of 2)

Today we had a mid-day stop at the San Blas Islands, inhabited by the Kuna people, famous for their molas.  The Kuna women wear molas incorporated into their colorful clothing.  Took the first tender ashore and spent a couple of hours ashore….  Not the best of stops but with world voyages you just have to make the most out of each stop.  It does seem a little funny to see fairly primitive living conditions and solar panels and satellite dishes….  Maybe they will see my blog on the internet, who knows?  I did enjoy the day, a lot of it spent enjoying my friends.  Life is good!  Here is the first part, too many photos for a single post, as usual….
