Day 63 At Sea

It was nice to have a relaxing day at sea after our amazing Fijian adventure….  I sat poolside, as usual, and read my book.  Tonight we had a wonderful dinner followed by a fantastic show with Patrick McMahon.  One of the best shows yet!  Tomorrow, we will be off on a Samoan adventure… weather permitting.  It could be a very wet day, bummer!

    Hi, Jeff.....
    During a sea day, ponder the possibility of walking the Camino Frances from St. Jean Pied de Port, France, to Santiago de Compostela, Spain, . Maybe allow 5 weeks. Check out the Brierley book, "Camino de Santiago". I know you could do the 15+/- miles/day. It is a challenge, but likely more memorable than 7 months aboard ship. Serious. You'd carry maybe 15 lbs plus your Nikon D7100 stuff. Summer's too hot; plan late spring or August/September.
