Day 20 Suwon, South Korea (Part 1 of 2)

This morning Miae and our driver picked us up at the port in Incheon to take us to Suwon in the Gyeonggi-do Province to take in two attractions.  First, we went to the Korean Folk Village in Suwon where we could see example of old villages and the way the Korean people lived.  We also saw 3 shows and a wedding while we visited the village.  The only downside was that more time could have been spent in both places.  Next, we went to the Hwaseong Fortress Wall, kind of like the Great wall of Chine only smaller….  The wall was built under King Jeonjo, the 22nd Joseon dynasty ruler when he moved the National Capitol from Seoul to Suwon in 1794.  It was another amazing day…..  Thanks to a great tour guide and some very special friends.  This blog will be posted in 2 parts.
