Day 38 Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia (Part 2 of 3)

After an extraordinary visit to the stilted villages, we hit the wet market and fish market in Kota Kinabalu.  The markets had amazing produce and incredible fish.  The prawns were the size of lobsters….  Amazing.  The people here are very friendly and surprisingly receptive to having their photos taken.  From the markets we went to the Lok Kawi Wildlife Park, about a 40 minute drive from the city.  We had a great time there and I particularly enjoyed the Proboscis Monkeys, only found here in Borneo.  Part 3 will cover the remainder of the day as we completed our visit at Lok Kawi made our way back to town to finish out our day….
