Day 100 Kingstown, St. Vincent

100 days!  How can that be?  I just got here.....  Only 11 days until the halfway point.  I'm depressed.  Oh well, I digress.  Anyway, it was a very interesting sail into the port of Kingstown, a couple of storms passed overhead giving us moments of torrential rains…..  It made for some nice rich colors of the passing landscapes.  We went into town around 8:30, exploring the town and especially the markets.  It was wonderful seeing the people of St. Vincent going through their daily lives.  It is a very beautiful, lush and green island.  Each time I come I am somewhat mesmorized my the steep cliffs and lush landscape.  Today my main focus was the people….

  1. Jeff - I always enjoy your "people pictures" and have been curious as to whether you ask the people if you can photograph them? Do any ever ask for money?

  3. Sometimes I ask them for money to take their photo but most decline.... OK, just kidding. Some ask for money but most people never know their photo has been taken.
