We had a wonderful day in Singapore…. Larry, Caril, Sandi & I headed out early to explore Singapore. Unfortunately Bruce was a little under the weather. We headed for Pulau Ubin, an island that is part of Singapore. We went by train, bus & boat to get there… It took almost two hours to get there. Once there, we rented bycicles and headed out to explore a bit of the island. We went for the wetlands section of the island. It was really nice but it was brutally hot. I was really cooking, especially when biking uphill…. It was a nice adventure. We encountered monkeys, wild boars, lizards, tadpoles, crabs etc. It was a lot of fun…. Then we headed back to the mainland to explore the Gardens by the Bay at Marina Sands… What a fabulous place… I included a few photos and will include some more tomorrow…..
