Finally…… some sunshine! I was able to spend most of today outside and it felt great. I have been cooped up inside too long. I went back and forth between sitting by the pool relaxing in the sun and walking. The fresh air was magnificent! Tomorrow morning at 5:30 am I will be on the forward decks to, hopefully, get some photos as we sail into Hakodate. We are getting close to the Japanese coast and the internet will be shut down in a few minutes. Hopefully tomorrow night I’ll be able to post photos from our visit.

Glad you made it to Japan ... sorry about the 1st port. Looking forward to your photos of Hakodate ... we were there a few years ago ... lovely place!
